Had a great time with friends here! We enjoyed the beautiful view while relaxing at the nearby golf courses, especially Quest Golf Club. Plus, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Just be mindful that it gets busy during events, like weddings, so plan ahead.

Our room wasn't cleaned during the day we were out. we had to get our own towels, which was a bit inconvenient.

The property seems in need of some serious maintenance. there are signs of neglect with rusting fixtures, particularly in the bathrooms where the shower drain had rust. The pool area was overcrowded with unsupervised kids, leading to a concerning incident and left the space feeling chaotic. When it came to breakfast options, the grab-and-go style felt very limited. Overall, I felt the experience leaned more towards a rushed family getaway rather than a relaxing retreat.

The waterpark was fun, but the room cleanliness was lacking.

We enjoyed our time here! The lake view from our room added a lovely touch to our family getaway. We had a delightful dinner at the bar and grill, though the service could improve. Be sure to check restaurant hours before planning meals.

The location was fantastic with beautiful views of the lake. The room, a 2 queen beds lake view, had a stunning outlook that made our stay enjoyable. However, we noticed several cleanliness issues, particularly with spider webs on the balcony and food crumbs in the corners. While the staff was generally polite, the lack of attention to detail in cleaning was disappointing. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, but there's room for improvement.

the lakeside resort & conference center has an amazing location with breathtaking views of the lake. the king suite with jacuzzi was cozy and clean. the restaurant offers delicious food, and the staff are incredibly polite. we also enjoyed the private beach. nearby, there’s an arcade that adds to the fun!
